    All products offered on DMR Electronics, are sent by Best Way, And have a delivery time of approx, 2 and 10 work days *. This service is available for the EU **. 

    The standard terms and conditions are applied by carrier. 
      
    All packages will be sent to the following conditions:

    • 24-hour service: We deliver your package the first business day following the date of listing.
    • Track & Trace: Follow your package online with Track & Trace.

    DMR Electronics can only accept returns purchased through www.dmr-electronics.com.

    We will only accept received goods if in the original packaging and in the same state, as it was sent by us. 

    Should we treat the damaged goods / defect, we will return to you. 
    Actual operation and transportation costs are not refunded. 
    All returns must be sent back to DMR Electronics. 
      
    Pack the sending goods in the original packaging, confirm the enclosed Sender Bon clearly on the outside of the package and ensure sufficient postage. 

    * Delivery are indicative, some articles are assembled in the factory. Look at the product page of your choice, of the indicative delivery.
